We produce our air intake grates in seawater-resistant aluminum, a stainless material. Most of our intake louvers are delivered without surface treatment, but we offer to varnish in all RAL colors if desired. The varnish is cosmetic only, it has no other function.

Getting varnish to attach to aluminum requires a good procedure:
- Degreaser
- Rubbing
- Primer
-Two or three coats of 2-component acrylic paint
